🔁 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

📦 Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Limited releases or collab drops
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order separately.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged, etc.)


🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • We sent the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we’re not responsible for lost returns.
